Lesson 4 of 8 · AI for HR Screening and Job Descriptions
In this lesson. Questions tied to the must-haves, plus a rubric.
What you will learn
- Questions from must-haves
- Rubric
- Human scoring
Walkthrough
You will generate questions from the must-haves and a 1–5 rubric. Interviewers still score. AI must not score candidates from a resume in ways your policy forbids. Kits create consistency.
Work through the ideas in order. After each point, pause and connect it to a task you already do — a document, a workflow, or a feature you own. The goal of AI for HR Screening and Job Descriptions is usable skill, not a pile of notes.
If something is unclear, rewrite it in your own words before you continue. Teaching the step back to yourself is the fastest way to see gaps.
Practice
Build a one-role kit: five questions and a rubric.
Keep the first attempt small. A finished example you can reuse beats a perfect plan you never run.
Check your understanding

- Where would you apply “Questions from must-haves” in your own work this week?
- What would you change on a second pass of the practice?
