Default ChatGPT tone is generic. You will feed two samples of your writing, ask it to match, and ban phrases you never use. Then you will read the draft out loud. If it does not sound like you, it is not done.
Work through the ideas in order. After each point, pause and connect it to a task you already do — a document, a workflow, or a feature you own. The goal of ChatGPT for Daily Work: Emails, Lists, and Ideas is usable skill, not a pile of notes.
