This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for courses purchased on Learn AI Courses.

1. Digital course products

All courses on this site are digital products. After purchase, you receive access to online lessons, materials, and enrollment features.

2. 7-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You bought the course by mistake, or
• The course content is substantially different from the description, or
• You cannot access the course due to a technical issue on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.

3. When refunds are not available

Refunds are generally not available if:

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
• You have completed a large portion of the course (for example, more than 50% of lessons).
• You simply changed your mind after consuming most of the content.
• The request relates to dissatisfaction with your own learning outcomes after using the materials as described.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@learnaicourses.local or use our Contact page with:

• Your account email
• Course name
• Order / purchase date
• Short reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Free courses

Free enrollments have no purchase amount, so no refund applies.
